Flavored Water Recipe

Easy and pleasant, this seasonal detox recipe will allow you to reap all the benefits of spring fruits and vegetables while having fun! 

  • 1.5 liters of water 
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 Grapefruit
  • 1/2 Orange

Cut the fruit into slices or pieces. Then put them in a jar or bottle and pour the water over it. Leave to infuse for a few hours. We advise you to prepare it in the evening and let it infuse in the fridge overnight. 
Then taste within 24 hours to keep all the benefits and vitamins of the fruits. 

Lemon and orange are two fruits that contain a lot of vitamin C to be anti-fatigue, stimulate your immune system and regulate your metabolism. Lemon also benefits your cells and protects them from oxidative stress. 

Orange, on the other hand, is a good source of carbohydrates and energy and has antioxidant effects like grapefruit. 

Grapefruit is also known for its anti-inflammatory benefits. 

A perfect mix to do you good from the inside.
